Christopher T.S. Harvey

Christopher T. S. Harvey is an international keynote speaker, writer and thought leader in organisational change management, focused on human impact, AI involvement, and large-scale business evolution for successful large-scale transformations. He helps businesses navigate change by making it practical and engaging, reducing the typical failure rates of change initiatives through his expertise in human psychology and practical frameworks for leadership and adoption. Known globally as ‘The Change Guy’, he helps leaders and organisations make sense of transformation, culture and the future of work. Currently Head of Change at Tesco, one of the world’s largest retailers, Christopher has delivered over 200 projects across energy, retail, finance and professional services.

Educated at the University of St Andrews, he graduated with an MA in Management, focusing on business psychology and organisational behaviour. Christopher began his career as a project manager at GE, taking on a similar role at Siemens after four years. He then served as an Internal Strategy Consultant for Acteon Group, before joining DONG Energy as Head of Operations. Following this, Christopher spent a short period as a Change Lead for the National Grid, only to become a freelance Interim Strategic Change Advisor. Over the next decade, Christopher worked to become a recognised authority in his field. He has held various senior leadership roles, including Director of Change, Communications and Culture at PwC, Director of International Change and Delivery at Mercer, and has served as Head of Change at Tesco since 2021, where his Change Management Team was named ‘Best Team’ in Change at the 2024 Women in Change Awards.

Attending the High Potentials Leadership Programme at Harvard Business School, Christopher’s experience refined his approach to leadership, coaching and transformation. Alongside his professional work, he was GQ Magazine's first contributing writer on business change, and has also been featured as a published writer in HR Magazine, The BBC, The Telegraph and Business Insider, contributing thought pieces on change, productivity and the future of work. In 2026, Christopher was voted amongst the Top 50 Global Thought Leaders & Influencers on Change Management.
