Christina Bengtsson is a world-leading authority on focus. The first woman in the Swedish Armed Forces National Shooting Team and founder of Reclaim Focus, Christina knows the huge impact a lack of focus can have both on a societal and personal level. She is certain the more focused individuals are, the happier and healthier the world will be.
Deciding at the age of twenty-three to become a champion precision shooter, Christina joined the military, she trained with the US Army Marksmanship Unity and soon became the World Champion she set out to be. Her discipline, focus and persistence led her to be a Joint Staff Officer in The Swedish Armed Forces Technical School and become the first ever Chief of the European Liaison Office to the Conseil International Du Sport Militaire. Christina has been recognised with the Swedish Supreme Commander’s coin not once but twice. Christina is currently a lecturer at the Stockholm School of Economics Executive International Programme, leading a programme for senior executives looking to develop and strengthen their ability to do global business.
Later in her career, Christina set out to share her experiences with the world. She has lectured to audiences around the world and wrote the acclaimed book, “The Art of Focus – 10,9,” where she shares her insights on how to become more focused and how being more present and attentive can increase our chances of success. In 2024 she founded Reclaim Focus, a non-profit community of organisations striving to help the world regain their focus and drive. Reclaim Focus empowers people to unlock their intellectual and emotional potential. Alongside her mission to increase focus, Christina is dedicated to sustainability, planting 1600 oak trees and establishing a small-scale wetland. She has also worked as an Investor at Volta Greentech and was an Investor and Member of the Board at Vessige Biogas; Christina is currently a Strike Team Member of The Foresight Group.
