Catriona Matthew is a renowned Scottish professional golfer who is known for playing on the US-based LPGA Tour and the Ladies European Tour, making her one of Scotland's most accomplished professional golfers. Across her career, she represented Europe repeatedly at the Solheim Cup, securing victories around the world. Showcasing her resilience at the Royal Lytham and St Annes, she won the Ricoh Women's British Open just eleven weeks after giving birth to her second daughter. She later won her fourth LPGA title at the Lorena Ochoa in 2011, followed by finishing as the runner-up at the 2013 LPGA Championships.
