Ashlee Braxton

Ashlee Braxton is a leading mindset empowerment speaker and founder of The Happy Choice podcast. Currently working as a Project Leader, Ashlee creates and implements pioneering digital marketing strategies for leading clients. She is also recognised for her ability to deliver thought-provoking messages, spread positivity, and deliver highly impactful speaking presentations, leaving audiences with a new vision and leading them to their goals and dreams. When booked for speaking engagements, Ashlee covers topics such as mindset, leadership, mental health, women’s empowerment and diversity and inclusion.

Beginning her career in music and television, Ashlee has worked with leading artists such as Lady Gaga and Toni Braxton, one of the best-selling female artists in history. During her time in the music industry, she held roles including International Talent Manager, Tour Manager and Background Singer and went around the world to perform for presidents and royalty. In 2016, Ashlee moved to Paris to learn French and built a successful career working for two of the top 10 French-Tech companies, OpenClassrooms and Ledger. Following that, she moved to Barcelona, where she founded Check-in to Excellence, an exclusive creative service agency for top-tier hotels.

In 2019, Ashlee launched Ashlee Braxton, a Leadership coaching service that helped creatives and professionals transition into leadership roles seamlessly. At Ashlee Braxton, she also hosted events and created travel retreats to encourage conscious and transformational travelling. In addition to making appearances on several podcasts, including The Gratitude podcast, Ashlee is the founder of The Happy Choice podcast, which focuses on mental health and features guests from around the world. Proving to be highly successful, Ashlee’s podcast has been featured in the top 50 health podcasts in South Africa.
