As an ethical AI consultant for Rhite and The Good AI, she is on a mission to bring ethics into the core of technology and empower individuals within organisations.
Anna plays a significant role in helping companies navigate the ethical changes that are posed by AI. She is the co-founder and former CEO of Ricaris Have a Nice Day, where she was also Chief Innovation Officer and currently serves as an advisor and board member. She is also the co-founder of Managing Virtual Teams and the former operations manager and chief of staff for Molina Visuals. Anna was previously a member of OdeiselA's ethics and responsibility department, an AI ethics expert for Ethical Intelligence Associates, and an AI ethics associate professor at the Human Business School. Since 2019, she has worked as a freelance AI ethicist, consulting for companies like Rhite and The Good AI, whilst looking to minimise the risk of unethical AI developments. Her experience working with leadership teams, product developers, and engineers who drive cultural organisational changes that embed ethics into core business practices further enhances her knowledge.
She was recognised on the 2023 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics list, and has since developed AI Ethics courses. Anna speaks at international events, such as the Arize Conference: GenAI Panel 2023, UNED: Ethical Considerations Education and AI 2024, and the AI Frontline Summit 2025.
As a keynote speaker, she now speaks at companies and universities across Europe and the United States, and is also a TEDX speaker, delivering 'AI is Here to Stay' in 2023 in Zagreb. Her presentations provide solutions to mitigate ethical risks and align AI practices with company guidelines and values.
