Andrew’s early career was shaped by a strong academic foundation and a curiosity about how people think, work, and lead. He earned his undergraduate degree in history and political science from Texas Christian University, followed by a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Organisational Leadership from The Chicago School. This mix of humanities and science gave him a broad understanding of both people and systems. After completing his studies, Andrew entered the healthcare industry, where he began applying leadership theories to real-world challenges. His early experiences managing teams and developing leaders laid the groundwork for the success that followed.

As Chief Operating Officer of PhysAssist Scribes, he helped grow the company from a small operation into a nationwide leader employing over 3,000 people across 38 states. After becoming President, he oversaw the organisation through a successful sale in 2014, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey. Following this achievement, Andrew founded PRAX Leadership, a company dedicated to advancing neuroleadership principles and teaching others how to integrate brain science into everyday leadership practice. He also serves as Managing Partner of Geesbreght Group, where he oversees a range of investments and leadership initiatives, and sits on the Board of Search Ministries, a non-profit supporting spiritual growth.
