Official Feedback from In-Person & Virtual Events
Feedback from In-Person Events:
"You gave us a space to have safe conversations that we wouldn't have had otherwise. Our teams have a lot more willingness to be vulnerable and ask for help. I have seen the practical tools you gave us in action and many positive behavioural changes. It has reminded us all that we're all human, and we all want the best outcome. This has made a massive difference in building bridges and connections between team members, particularly those who don't work in the same country. Talk to TOA and you'll be blown away. Amy will tailor a programme to meet your needs and get under the skin of your business." - Rachel, MD, Emerging Communications
"We’ve had lots of different services come into our business before. The reason why Amy is different is because she provides a personal touch, engagement with individuals while catering to the specific needs of the business. We were able to tailor the content and how we worked to our specific circumstances. Amy understands what it takes to get people motivated. We’ve embedded the her structure within our performance program as a tool for every individual to use with their manager. In the workshop sessions we were really able to drive connections between the different divisions and teams. Amy has given us a really tangible set of tools that will not only drive performance, but have improved the happiness and wellness of our team." - James, Head of Strategy, Virgin-O2
Feedback from Virtual Events:
"After the initial call I just new it would be an absolutely fantastic session. One of the things you do extremely well is making the content relatable to everyday challenges, then relate that back to work and the working environment. You do it in such an intelligent way and really give people those takeaways. You make it relevant, which is brilliant. I felt inspired and I could see that everyone on the call was super engaged and really interested. We had so much fantastic feedback afterwards. Whether you book Amy for a speaker session or longer programme you definitely won’t regret it. She’s engaging, inspiring and everyone that attends will take something away from it.” - Katy, Strategic Partnerships, The New Statesman
