Amit Kalley is the Co-Founder of For Working Parents – an organisation dedicated to making other organisations more inclusive so that working parents feel secure and. Through coaching, storytelling and training, he shows organisations how they can best support their workforce. Amit aims to make the lives or parents and carers better, as is evident from his illustrious career. He now uses his platform as a highly sought-after keynote speaker to share his expertise on diversity & inclusion, neurodiversity, men’s mental health, parenting, how to cope with grief, and intersectionality.

Amit led a successful career as a Deputy Head Teacher and has since earned his ICF Coach certification. Today, he is best known for his ability to create empathetic and human-centric environments in workplaces, serving as Associate Coach at Leadership Edge – an organisation that is supporting schools to systematically create a coaching culture. Amit also serves as a Parent Support Expert at The Excellence Hub and is a Member of the Dads Building Companies community.

Passionate about addressing the challenges that come with parenting, Amit hosts the What Do Parents Know podcast. Through this medium, he interviews people who are able to offer parents advice on how to guide their teenagers through life. As a speaker, Amit also touches on his personal journey of dealing with grief after losing his mother to ovarian cancer and what it was like to become a parent to a daughter who was born with three holes in her heart.
