Alpesh Doshi

Alpesh Doshi is a globally recognised keynote speaker, technologist and entrepreneur whose work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data and enterprise transformation. He is best known as Founder and CEO of Fintricity, a role he has held for over two decades, helping organisations adopt an AI-first mindset and turn complex technology into commercial value. Alpesh’s journey began with a strong academic and technical foundation. He earned an MEng (Hons) in Computer Systems and Software Engineering from the University of York, where he studied neural networks, distributed systems and real-time computing well ahead of mainstream interest in AI. During this period, he developed a rigorous systems-thinking approach that continues to shape his work today. After graduating, Alpesh built his early career in financial services and technology, holding roles at Reuters, DST International, Barclays Capital, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Rabobank and UBS Investment Bank. Working as a project and infrastructure manager across international teams exposed him to large-scale enterprise systems, complex data environments and the realities of operating within highly regulated industries.

Over the last 25 years, Alpesh has established a career defined by leadership, innovation and impact. In 2001, he founded Fintricity, growing it into a trusted advisory and delivery firm known for its AI-first approach across financial services, telecoms, media and energy. He later became Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Redcliffe Capital, investing in disruptive technology companies and supporting founders with growth strategy and execution. In 2021, Alpesh launched Kendra Labs as Founder and CTO, building an open source enterprise AI, ML and IoT stack designed for real-world adoption. Alongside his ventures, he holds influential positions including Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts, Board Member of the International Society of Chief Data Officers, Advisory Board Member at the University of York, and London Ambassador for Top Tier Impact.
