Adrian Webb is an AI ethics and technology leader, working as Executive Chair of OutcomePath. He is also a Post-Graduate Teaching Assistant and PhD student at the University of Exeter. Drawing from an extensive career in business, technology and communications, Adrian provides valuable insights for businesses across a range of industries.
After graduating with a degree in Philosophy and Psychology, Adrian started his career in communications as Marketing and Publicity Manager at the City of Westminster local authority. Growing his leadership positions, he worked as Head of Communications at Direct Line Group and Virgin One Account. Adrian joined esure as Head of Corporate Communications and worked at the company for 13 years. Joining Go Compare as a Non-Executive Director through its demerger from esure, he became the company’s longest serving NED during a period when its valuation nearly doubled. Utilising his business and marketing expertise, he was appointed Chairman of LAB to bolster its growth. He currently works as the Founder of Adeki Performance Management, helping business leaders to improve their performance and as Executive Chair of OutcomePath, a technology and AI advisory company. Returning to academia, Adrian is also a PhD student in Philosophy and a Post-Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Exeter.
Outside of his conventional work, Adrian was an Executive Producer for Blackhouse Pictures Film Company, where he assisted with the feature film The Good Neighbour. He is also a passive advisor and investor in industries such as technology, music, linguistics and neuroscience. In 2022, Adrian helped launch Space Value Foundation with a mission to influence the financial mathematics of sustainability.
