Clive Anderson


Clive Anderson is an award-winning television and radio presenter, performer and writer, a very versatile man, Anderson has the ability to light up a room wherever he goes. Anderson has won a British Comedy Award and starred in Whose Line Is It Anyway?, a show that featured on both BBC Radio 4 and later on Channel 4. As well as hosting a number of his own radio shows, Anderson has also appeared on British favourites Mock The Week, QI and Have I Got News for You.

Anderson hosted his own show on Channel 4 called Clive Anderson Talks Back, the chat show was so popular that it aired for 10 series and is one of Channel 4’s longest serving series. After working with Channel 4, Anderson moved to the BBC, the show went with him and was aired on BBC1. A regular on QI and Have I Got News for You, Anderson combines his humour and personality perfectly, he has built a legendary status within the world of television and is a cult hero.

He continued to host and present a number of television shows before hosting the 2009 Last Night of the Proms, arguably one of Anderson’s greatest achievements. As well as a successful television career, Anderson has been successful on the radio, he has been on shows on the BBC Radio 2 and hosted the show Loose Ends following the death of Ned Sherrin.

Anderson has been known to have many a run in throughout his media career, his straight to the point and humorous personality has made for fantastic viewing over the years, he is a well-respected figure within television, comedy and the radio.
