Starting a creative enterprise at the age of just 16, Zoë founded Interlude Dance Troupe, a youth dance group encouraging belonging and purpose, before joining the therapeutic world, working as an Addiction and Trauma Therapist at Charter Harley Street. During this time, she became the youngest recipient of the Esmond Robinson Scholarship Award, gaining a master's in Addiction Psychology and Counselling at London South Bank University. She started her private practice in 2015, where she specialises in trauma, addiction, eating disorders, anxiety and relationship dynamics. Branching into the fitness industry, Zoë also worked as a Mental Health Consultant for Barry’s Bootcamp and Head of Coach at Until. As the Lead Psychotherapist at International Therapy Space since 2025, she has a senior clinical role overseeing therapeutic work. She also recently became a Member of the Association for Infant Mental Health, broadening her wellbeing expertise.
