"Yasmin's presentation on asexuality at the Sexual Health Alliance's Queer and Trans Sexualties conference was truly standard-setting: crystal-clear, impressively thorough, theoretically sound, and personally moving. Yasmin's work in education and advocacy is importantly relevant to anyone working in any field connected to the broad topics of sexuality and identity." - Ley, LGBTQIA+ Curriculum Coordinator, Sexual Health Alliance
"Yasmin provided a clear, comprehensive and very practical insight into asexuality, dispelled a lot of myths and helped many of us across our organisation. It was a brilliant hour together." - Ruth, Employee Network's Executive Sponsor, Avanade
"I’ve had the privilege of being on panels with Laila and Yasmin, so when the LGBTQ+ and POEMs (People of Ethnic Majority) group at the Royal Academy of Engineering wanted to do a joint event, I knew that Yasmin and Laila would be great speakers for our panel event. Both Yasmin and Laila were engaging, informative, supportive, and cultivated a critical space for staff to look beyond the labels and terms we use and think more intersectionally. Yasmin brings a novel kind of activism that has emboldened staff to better understand and support the ACEs community who are often overlooked, and Laila brings a suite of tools that ensured that all of us embrace accountability to be more inclusive. It was a fantastic session and I’d highly recommend these two speakers for future events" - Dr Arun, Senior Manager of Diversity & Inclusion, Royal Academy of Engineering
"Yasmin joined us today at one of our ABC of LGBTQ+ sessions we have at the NSPCC. These sessions are set up by our LGBTQ+ staff lived experience group PINCC, and it was such an honour and a joy to have Yasmin speak with us today. The session was so well received by those who attended, and I think we all learnt something from the session. More work needs to be done to support and be allies for our Ace community and I’m so grateful for Yasmin’s time today to educate us all. PINCC also run Ally training at the NSPCC for staff, and having Yasmin speak with us today has given me the confidence to speak more about the ACE community and how we can all do better at being an ally. Thank you so much Yasmin- you are a true inspiration!" - Olivia, Chair of PINCC, NSPCC
"Yasmin took part in a recent panel event we held at Health Education England, where she talked to us about what asexuality is, what the challenges are facing ACE people and particularly about the experiences ACE people have when accessing healthcare services. We need to ensure that the work that we do around LGBTQI+ inclusion, incorporates everyone within the community. Yasmin is a great role model, a great speaker and I wouldn’t think twice about recommending her." - Melanie, Regional Diversity, Inclusion & Participation Manager, Health Education England
"I could only join for the first 30 minutes myself, but I found the presentation really interesting and educational, giving people food for thought on an area they may know so little about. We're all on a journey and having sessions like this, that are so well constructed and delivered with such passion and lived experience, are so important. Not just to us here at Network Rail, but to everyone I believe" - Shane, Project Manager & Chair of Archway, Network Rail
"Yasmin's talk on her personal experience of the intersectionality of racism and acephobia was an insightful and engaging addition to our Black History Month programme. She highlighted many important topics such as the hypersexualisation of black women and girls, the racist schooling system in the UK, and the lack of legal protections for asexual and aromantic people in the Equality Act 2010. The audience was engaged, and we got many comments thanking Yasmin for her time and openness. I would highly recommend hiring Yasmin to speak at your events!" - Daz, Diversity & Liberation Coordinator, University of Manchester
"Yasmin, thank you so much for joining us today! We truly appreciate your time and the opportunity to hear from you. I heard from multiple attendees that they really enjoyed your talk and found it helpful and insightful. We’re excited to share it with more employees via the recording and keep the conversation going here at Uber. On behalf of the Pride at Uber resource group, happy Pride Month, and also thank you for the important work you do and the changes you’ve made and advocated for the LGBTQIA+ community. It was such an honour to get to hear from you today" - Uber

"It's amazing how much you can learn in an hour, but with an educated, qualified and passionate person as your guest speaker, this is very possible. I was able to coordinate with Yasmin Benoit as our Pride@Zoom guest speaker for International Asexuality Day and all along the way, it was a wonderful experience. Yasmin is professional in nature, flexible for the presentation and possesses a natural presence one normally sees in someone with many years in this space. Yasmin was so comfortable and confident in her presentation, which was not only presented with many facts, but she delivers it with a personal nature that makes it approachable and understandable for anyone who is attending her sessions. I would highly recommend working with Yasmin and booking her for your next engagement. She definitely made an impact for our group." - Joe, Pride@ Zoom Events Lead
