Growing up in the English foster care system, Vital faced many adversities but his perseverance and strong spirit enabled him to make it through, eventually moving to America in 1991 with no money and a dream. Here, Vital joined the Cirque du Soleil, performing for over 5 years until his acrobatic career was unfortunately cut short due to a tragic injury in 1998. Once again, Vital’s mindset got him through leading to his founding of an entertainment company that focused on producing theatrical and corporate events on a vast scale around the world. Vital found, however, that he still wished for a more significant contribution to give to the world.
After 8 years in the large-scale events industry, and 6 months of reflection, Vital realised the thing that brought him the most satisfaction was his ability to encourage and inspire others to reach their full potential. He soon began working the Las Vegas circuit, aiming to inspire individuals to adopt more progressive ideas both in the workplace and in their everyday lives. His success as a keynote speaker and author is evident from the caliber of clients he has worked with and the raving reviews he has received. In addition to his speaking commitments, Vital has also been a Team Building Facilitator, Panel Moderator and SPARK Employee Training Consultant and Trainer for Cirque du Soleil.
