Obtaining a degree in Theatre from the University of Southern California, Tracy began her career as an actress, appearing in films such as No Vacancy and Expose. Daughter of the infamous contractor Ronald Tutor, the CEO of Tutor Perini, she was introduced to real estate at an early age. Spending three years under the tutelage of her father, she gained a wealth of knowledge before joining Douglas Elliman. With an impressive track record of selling hundreds of millions in residential real estate, Tracy has become a go-to figure in the luxury market.

As a recognised leader in real estate, she has represented notable architects and brands, including John Lautner, Frank Gehry, Pierre Koenig, and the West Hollywood EDITION Hotel and Residences. The US Ambassador for the Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences in Dubai, she is also an ambassador for Costa Palmas on the East Cape of Los Cabos. Tracy is also the first and only female star of the hit show Million Dollar Listing LA, which shows the personal and professional lives of real estate agents.
