Known for his work as a young serial entrepreneur, Tendai has been at the forefront of many successful ventures. Having been awarded the ICAZ scholarship, Tendai found a passion for living for others and he has since founded The Tendai Dara Foundation which promotes equality and education for all, regardless of race or gender. Tendai’s other entrepreneurial successes include founding Bridgetek Investments, Tendai Dara Inc and Co-Founding ByteCrafts Pvt Ltd. Honing his craft as an entrepreneur at a young age led Tendai to want to inspire others with his journey and equip them with the tools to create their own success, thus creating the Success Pot International. The school aims to coach individuals that aspire to be influential authors and speakers, similarly to Tendai.

As an accomplished author, Tendai has published two books that have sold worldwide, the first being Turning Point, which explores how purpose shapes our environment through psychological decision making. His most recent book is The Success Pyramid, which has had a transformative effect on readers leading them to create action from their imagination, and ultimately success. Expanding on such topics at events, Tendai is known to discuss scalability for start-ups and achieving goals both personally and professionally. As a speaker, he has been invited to present for the likes of the United Nations Academic Impact and the World Youth Forum.

Combining his business expertise with his passion for social impact, Tendai is a supporter of several causes including female empowerment in southern Africa, opportunities for young people and equality for races. For his work, Tendai has been honoured with dozens of awards, including a Noble Citizen Award for his work on sustainable development goals and being named as the 2020 Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year by the Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
