Tania de Jong AM is a visionary keynote speaker, acclaimed soprano, and trailblazing social entrepreneur whose work spans creativity, innovation, leadership, mental health and transformation. Tania’s career began in the performing arts. A classically trained soprano, she has released 10 albums and toured internationally, performing on some of the world’s most renowned stages. Her passion for the arts evolved into a purpose-driven mission to harness creativity as a catalyst for change. This journey led her to establish The Song Room in 1999, a not-for-profit organisation delivering arts programmes to disadvantaged children across Australia. In 2009, she founded Creative Universe and Creative Innovation Global, platforms that develop high-performance cultures in organisations through innovation, leadership and collaboration. With a background in law, arts and business, Tania brings a uniquely interdisciplinary lens to every keynote, workshop and performance.
