Suzanne Shaw is a notorious singer, actress and TV personality who became a member of the chart-topping band ‘Hear Say’ in 2001. Continuing to hold the world record for the fastest-selling non-charitable singer of all time, she is a highly respected figure within the music industry. Having been part of the entertainment industry for many years, Suzanne decided to make a career change in 2020 and made a strong entrance into the wellness industry.

From the age of 19, Suzanne lived under the scrutiny of the media which resulted in a battle with her mental health. In 2020, she completely changed her lifestyle and took a different outlook on life. Determined to alter her perception of mental health, Suzanne documented her journey to a healthier life on social media. In 2020, Suzanne took part in a 19-hour run, covering 60 miles, to raise money for the suicide prevention charity, ‘Samaritans’. These lifestyle changes completely realigned her outlook on life and led her to become a keynote speaker for events such as running workshops, sporting festivals and schools throughout the UK. Suzanne is also the proud Founder of ‘The Happy Health Club’, a platform for others to educate themselves on the benefits that leading a healthy, sober, mindful lifestyle can have.

On her prevalent podcast ‘Dare to be Happy’, she aims to share her expertise on wellness with a wider audience.
