His time with the Olympians saw him win the 1994 Eurobowl Championship, where he was named Game MVP, and later secure the 1999 EuroCup Championship and Team MVP honours. After retiring from professional play, Stephen made a comeback as player-coach with the London Blitz in 2007 and 2008, helping the team to another BritBowl Championship, before returning to the London Olympians as Running Backs Coach and Assistant Offensive Coordinator between 2017 and 2019.
