Stephanie Fairhurst

Stephanie Fairhurst has enjoyed a successful career in the profession of sales and marketing, now working as part of the Chimp Management team to spread the ideas of The Chimp Model. With a successful career behind her, Stephanie is now booked as a keynote speaker for corporate events, putting to use her business experience to facilitate events and deliver workshops. As a speaker, Stephanie is interested in the different corporate cultures and helps her clients to achieve their full potential.

Currently a Skills Mentor with Chimp Management, Stephanie is best known for her established career in marketing and business development. Before joining Chimp Management, Stephanie owned and was Managing Director of Bold Spirit. As the founder of Bold Spirit, Stephanie sat at the helm of six property companies that dealt across the UK and Cyprus. During her time as manager, Stephanie worked through the Greek financial crisis which allowed her to build resilience and a plethora of business experiences. Stephanie has also worked as a Global Marketing Communications Manager for Reuters and a Global Marketing Manager for PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Before forging her successful career, Stephanie studied at the University of Bradford, achieving a BA in French and German. Upon her graduation, Stephanie went on to achieve an MA in European Management from the Cranfield School of Management and a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Upon finishing her studies, Stephanie began working as a Sales Promoter for Wiggins Teape in Germany. She later went on to become the European Brand Manager for Arjo Wiggins Appleton, building experience of managing business growth and an increase in profits on a global scale.

Having also worked as a Marketing Consultant for Witcel S.A and a Retail Marketing Manager for Arjo Wiggins Appleton, Stephanie has forged a reputation as an authority in marketing and business development across Europe, the USA, the UK and South America. Having founded and managed her own company, Stephanie’s opinions are respected, backed by previous experience of what it takes to succeed in business. Now a part of the Chimp Management enterprise, Stephanie works alongside her team to allow clients to have a better understanding of neuroscience, helping people to achieve peak performance by better understanding the workings of the mind.
