Pop up Reasonable Adjustment Clinics (In person London area only)
Sara-Louise regularly holds clinics for companies to enable employees and Line Managers (together or separately) to pop in and ask her questions where a quick tip is needed on Adjustments that include working environment, how the work is being done and the use of Assistive Technology. This can also have a more holistic focus where companies would like to provide an outlet for staff who are in need of information about coaching, diagnosis, assessments, strategies and signposting for themselves and their loved ones. In this sense, it becomes a longer and more personalised version of a Q&A and takes place in a confidential setting, on a drop-in basis.
