Ritu Bhasin's official speaking topics are listed below:
- The Foundations of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: In order to embed DEI principles deep into an organisation’s culture, we first need to equip leaders and team members with foundational DEI knowledge, which includes a shared understanding of unconscious bias, cultural competence, and allyship concepts. Only then can an organisation create an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment, where everyone can thrive and belong. This keynote provides an in-depth and practical summary of key DEI concepts and strategies.
- Disrupting Bias - Overcoming Our Discomfort with Differences: When we know how to interrupt and address biases, people experience heightened belonging, feel safer, and feel more included. This keynote explores the critical first step to building more diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments: identifying and interrupting both conscious and unconscious biases.
- Authentic Leadership - Unlocking the Power of Belonging in Organisations: Organisations are more diverse than ever, but in a society that favours sameness and conformity, many workplaces still struggle to foster inclusion. To be truly inclusive, we need to focus on one key ingredient: authenticity. This keynote delves into how authenticity and a commitment to authentic leadership unlocks belonging, inclusion, empowerment, and innovation in the workplace and enables everyone to contribute to their fullest.
- The 'How' of Inclusive Leadership - Transforming Organisational Cultures Through Allyship: We’re hearing more than ever about the critical importance of allyship, in workplaces and in society at large, and many of us want to become an ally, but we don’t know how to make this happen. This keynote digs deep into the concept of allyship and how effective allyship can allow both leaders and team members to interrupt bias, develop their cultural lens, and create environments that are authentic, empowering, and innovative.
- Rise Through the Authenticity Principle and The Three Selves Framework: In a world that constantly pushes you to conform, how can you be more authentic? This keynote digs deeper into the central framework from Ritu’s bestselling book The Authenticity Principle: The Three Selves. Discover an innovative methodology for choosing how and when to be your Authentic Self or your Adapted Self in order to live, work, and lead in a more empowered and inclusive way.
