Ritch Sibthorpe founded AI licensing and partnerships consultancy, Muwzo, in 2023 and advises clients from the creative industries on licensing music, text, images, video and art for generative AI training.
Ritch’s clients include the UK’s Copyright Licensing Agency, Authors’ Licensing and Collecting Society, Publishers’ Licensing Services, and Design and Artists’ Copyright Society.
He previously led international music partnerships at Meta and has held senior leadership roles at both The Walt Disney Company and Warner Music Group.
Ritch holds a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford and began his career in journalism and public relations, working with clients including Barclays, BBC, Coca-Cola Worldwide, News Corp and PwC.
