Ramatoulaye Adama Diallo is a highly experienced CEO, CFO and COO, renowned for her former roles as the CEO of Orange Finances Mobiles Senegal and the COO of B2B Ads and Large Customer Sales for Google. Specialising in the sectors of finance and technology, Ramatoulaye has emerged as a leading authority on fintech, advising various clients across the EMEA, USA and Latin American markets. A graduate of Harvard Business School and the Institute of Directors, Ramatoulaye's distinguished career began as a Financial Analyst for Goldman Sachs. In 1998, she began working as an Analyst of Mergers & Acquisitions for Morgan Stanley, working in the Financial Institutions Group Latin America. Following two successful years with Morgan Stanley, Ramatoulaye became an Investment Officer for Emerging Capital Partners, making significant investments across technology, telecommunications and media. She later honed her entrepreneurial skills as the founding Managing Director of Endeavour, a global entrepreneurship and SME catalyst. Other prominent roles of Ramatoulaye's have included being the founding Managing Director of Tilibo Consultancy, Deputy CFO of Etisalat and the E-Commerce Founder of Maison Adalay Ventures. 

In 2018, Ramatoulaye joined Orange and worked as the Director of Digital Financial Services and a Member of the Corporate Board. During her time at Orange, Ramatoulaye grew her team to 200 members and created a strong, positive workplace culture. Today, Ramatoulaye is an Independent NED of Attijariwafa Bank, a Member of the Global AI Advisory Council of the International Finance Corporation and an Independent NED of ACE. During the course of her career, Ramatoulaye has earned countless awards, including being named on the Definitive List of the Top 50 Women CEOs in Africa.
