Rachel Creeger is the only practising Orthodox Jewish woman on the UK comedy circuit, a quality that positions her as a one-of-a-kind act. Adding humour to the typically taboo topic of religion, Rachel explores her experiences in the Jewish community through cleverly written and brilliantly witty performances. The award-winning comic is known to capture the attention of audiences thanks to the originality of her content and recognisability from television and radio appearances. At events, Rachel can offer her services as a talented host, starring stand-up and a speaker on the topics of storytelling and belonging.
Best known for her live comedy routines, Rachel received the Best Comedy Award at the Greater Manchester Fringe in 2017 for her stand-up piece titled ‘It’s No Job For A Nice Jewish Girl’. A testament to her expansive appeal and accessible content, Rachel has continually won awards and produced exceptional stand-up throughout her career and even sold out a run at the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Recently, she toured ‘Hinayni!’ and ‘Pray it Forward’ two equally well-received shows. Expanding her talents as a comic, Rachel is often heard on BBC Radio London and is an accomplished writer for the likes of BBC Radio 4, West End's 'An Insomniac’s Guide to Ambulances’ and the touring production of ‘Staffroom’.
An OCR recommended speaker, Rachel has established herself on the circuit, and is highly in demand. Known to discuss the topics of storytelling, engaging young people and creativity, Rachel draws on her experience as a comedian, writer, and director to inspire her audiences as a speaker. Previously, Rachel has given talks for Goldsmiths University, the BE Conference and United Synagogue to name a few. Having dealt with imposter syndrome for much of her life, and been diagnosed with a neurological disorder, Rachel has learnt the power of self-love and empowers others through unconventionally humorous presentations to embrace their uniqueness.
Currently, Rachel co-hosts ‘Jew Talkin’ to Me?’ a podcast, which shares hilarious stories from people in the modern Jewish community. Sought after for her services at corporate events, Rachel, who is the resident MC for Upstairs At The Adam & Eve, brings humour, charm and entertainment in various forms to any occasion she attends.

"However, by far the highlight of the night was Rachel Creeger, who generated laugh after laugh from the crowd... Move over Marvellous Mrs Maisel, there's a new face in town" - Leicester Mercury
"Boomwhacking orchestral workshop led by the highly talented and very funny Rachel Creeger - a brilliant way to close out our first team meeting for 2017" - Laura Joseph, Director of Digital Products and Propositions at Barclays
"The workshop Rachel ran for us was for our mentor teachers. It was all about "going analogue" and switching off technology so as to improve group dynamics and communication in the classroom. I could hear lots of laughter through the door, and the teachers came out of the room smiling- not a bad result for a couple of day's CPD." - Dr Anna Carlile, Head of BA Education, Culture and Society, Goldsmiths, University of London
