Rachel Bridge is a celebrated writer, speaker and former Enterprise Editor of The Sunday Times, recognised for her ability to translate business insight into practical inspiration. A thought leadership expert, motivational speaker and author of eight bestselling books on entrepreneurship and personal development, Rachel has spent her career exploring what drives people to succeed. Her work, including titles such as ‘Already Brilliant’, ‘Ambition’ and ‘How to Work for Yourself’, has inspired thousands to find purpose in their careers and confidence in their ideas.
After completing an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge, Rachel began her career as a journalist, writing for The Investors Chronicle and The Evening Standard. She went on to become a Foreign Correspondent for The Times, working in both Australia and France, where she was inspired by the many entrepreneurs she met who had built new lives by following their own paths. These encounters shaped her lifelong interest in entrepreneurship and personal growth, leading her to write about the traits and habits that make people thrive in business.
In 2003 Rachel became the Enterprise Editor of The Sunday Times, a position she held for nine years, where she created the much-loved column ‘How I Made It’. Through hundreds of interviews with founders and business leaders, she uncovered what makes successful people tick. Alongside her journalism, she took two acclaimed one-woman shows, ‘How to Make a Million Before Lunch’ and ‘Ambition’, to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, both of which played to packed audiences. Rachel later became Director of Content at Drax Executive, founded her own consultancy, Froglet Productions Ltd, and is currently a Global Thought Leadership Writer at PwC, working with senior leaders to help shape strategic communication and inspire change.
