Pamela Maynard

Pamela Maynard is the Chief AI transformation officer at Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions. A true pioneer in the tech industry, Pamela has an impressive career in technology and management and has dedicated her career to helping companies rethink how they do business and use technological innovation to improve practice and drive internal transformation. Pamela’s impressive career includes prestigious roles such as a seven years as Vice President of Capgemini, and a sixteen year tenure at Avanade. Pamela joined Avanade in 2008 as Vice President and very quickly rose through the ranks taking on roles such as Area President for Europe, Africa and Latin America and President of Product and Innovation. In 2019, Pamela became CEO of Avanade, in that role she led the company from success to success and under her leadership the company was named in the 75 Best Places to Work. 

In 2024, Pamela was named the first ever Chief AI Transformation Officer, MCAPS, and is leading AI-driven transformation for Microsoft. Pamela is passionate about using technology to close the digital divide and support non-profits, and she also sits on the board of Junior Achievement Worldwide. In 2023, Pamela’s impressive career was recognised when she was named the Everywomen Woman of the Year. She was also the Stevie Awards Female Executive of the Year and was named the BBBAs 2024 Black British Business Person of the Year.
