Ollie Henderson is a prominent Future of Work speaker who is on a mission to rethink work culture. Host of the Future Work/Life podcast, Ollie launched the Future Work/Life newsletter in 2020. Obtaining a BA Hons in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham, Ollie started his career in the Product Management and Marketing department of Sony Music Entertainment. He then served as the Business Development Manager at Bloomberg and later as an Account Director at Upfront Business Development. In 2009 Ollie became the Founder of Silence Media – pioneering a performance-based buying model for the music industry. Holding this position for 10 years, he was able to work with some of the biggest brands in the world whilst supporting the growth of a myriad of businesses along the way.

After he exited Silence Media, Ollie served as CEO of ODIN. Other prominent roles Ollie has handled since include being a Mentor at Workplace Accelerator, Future of Work Specialist at Tenzing, Mentor at Techstars, and Advisory Board Member at Simplycommunicate. Ollie is also the Bestselling Author of “Work/Life Flywheel: Harness the Work Revolution and Reimagine Your Career Without Fear”.

A prolific speaker, Ollie’s podcast has made its way into the top 1% and is regarded as one of the Apple Top 10 Careers podcasts – an incredible feat. Currently, Head of Marketing at Velocity Network Foundation and an Advisor and Consultant at Bamyazi, Ollie’s decade's worth of experience as the showrunner in several companies informs his work as an advisor to businesses.
