Nova Lorraine

Nova Lorraine is the founder and Creative Director of Raine Magazine, a futuristic magazine that combines the latest technology, fashion, and cultural trends. The award-winning fashion designer is also a futurist, strategist and Web3 advisor, who was recently awarded the Metaverse Champion Award for her pioneering insight. Presently serving on the Metaverse Fashion Council Board, Nova helps develop policies and investments in metaverse fashion. Combining AI and data to bring couture fashion into the future, Nova is highly sought after as a speaker on NFTs, Web3, metaverse, and the future of fashion.

Holding a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Clinical Psychology from the University of Connecticut, Nova has also studied Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Beginning her career with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide as Interior Design: Assistant to the Head Designer, she joined Brush with Life as Consultant Creative Marketing Director, producing content for online streaming and broadcast TV. Nova then became a Brand Manager at the Park West Gallery, managing artist book launches, marketing campaigns and charitable projects.

For several years, Nova was a Contributor to the HuffPost and, in 2018, joined PRINDIE as a Branding & Marketing Advisor, where she was responsible for increasing brand awareness and engagement. This was followed by advisory positions with the Pan African Chamber of Commerce and the U.S. Green Chamber of Commerce. In 2022, Nova became an Ambassador for WEYU, curating collections and projects for WEYU NFT Marketplace. She went on to become Chief Metaverse Architect for LORR before launching Raine Drops NFT Art House, an innovative Web3 art house creating bespoke phygital and metaverse experiences through transformational art and fashion.

Author of Unleash Your Supernova, Nova is also the host of the Unleash Your Supernova Podcast, which has seen her twice award-nominated for hosting and producing skills. She has also interviewed several high-profile people, including Mark Cuban, Priyanka Chopra, Ben Carson, and Kendall Jenner, and has won Best Haute Couture Designer for her storytelling through fashion. Recognised as a thought leader in metaverse fashion, Nova has been named a Top 12 Leader in Metaverse and Top 100 Women of the Future. Now she is available to hire for speaking events, where she shares her ground-breaking knowledge of NFTS, Web3 and metaverse fashion.
