
Dr. Neeta Bhushan is a multi-award-winning author and successful businesswoman who advocates for emotional resilience, regulation, and wellness. Neeta began her career by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Chemistry at Loyola University Chicago, then completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2008. Following this, she opened her million-dollar cosmetic dentistry practice where she served high-profile clients. In 2012, she became aware of her emotional strain, leading to her selling her business and embarking on a journey across 45 countries. She studied human behaviour, psychology, and more throughout her journey, leading her to write her first major book, ‘Emotional GRIT’. Following her tremendous journey, she founded the Independent Awakening Foundation, where she focused on supporting female entrepreneurs in emerging markets. As she continued to spread her knowledge, she co-founded the Dharma Coaching Institute in 2021, which dove deeper into spiritual topics.
As a former member of the Forbes Coaches Council, Neeta is continuing to share her in-depth perception of emotional intelligence. Being the host of The Brave Table podcast, she leads conversations on healing, vulnerability, and resilience. Neeta has earned widespread recognition for her books, including the Mom’s Choice Award and Book Excellence Award, along with her books becoming Amazon’s best sellers. Her book “That Sucked.
