Natalya Berdikyan

Natalya Berdikyan is the founder and CEO of Life By Design Academy, a Visiting Coach at the IESE Business School and founder of Frontline Consulting. Highly educated, Natalya holds a BS in Economics, a BSc in International Business Management and an MBA in Business Management & Human Resources. Natalya began her professional career as a Market Development Manager at Happy Marketing before joining ACI Supplies as a Sales Manager. In 2006, she became the Marketing Manager at the Grand Holidays Club, joining BME Global as Head of Event Production in 2008. Following that, Natalya became a Business Development Coordinator at Hudson and a Publisher / General Manager at FlyCorporate. 

In 2014, she landed the role of General Manager at Vanparys, a 130-year-old multinational Belgian chocolate and confectionery manufacturer. Alongside other distinguished roles, Natalya is an EO Board Member for the Entrepreneurs Organization and a Thought Leader/ Faculty Member at the Growth Institute.
