With over 20 years of experience in television and media, Naomi Sesay has devoted her career to serving as a powerful advocate for diversity and inclusion, and a trailblazer for social enterprise. After graduating from Brunel University, Naomi's first professional role was at MTV as a Presenter and Producer. After developing her skills, she began working as a freelancer in the television industry. In 2008, she became the Founder and Director of the Billionaire Ladies Club, a growing global network of highly aspirational women looking to transform the world through entrepreneurship. She is now the Head of Creative Diversity at Channel 4 and is focusing on delivering training for organisations including Google, YouTube, and MTV.
Due to her respected work ethic, Naomi received the IDOX award for journalism for the work she has completed working within the local community and creating vibrant places for them to live, work and play.
