Making his debut at 18 years of age, Matt Perry joined Bath Rugby in 1995, and went on to perform to such an exceptional level that he was onboarded by England only two years later. By the age of 23, he became England’s most capped Full Back in the 1999 World Cup, and it wasn’t long before he’d play in the Lion’s tour to Australia – during which he kicked off all three tests at full-back. Matt quickly became an icon, playing for the notable teams such as the Barbarians and the British & Irish Lions and cementing his place as an integral part of multiple world-class teams. Across his rugby career, Matt mastered the art of seamless transition, and it’s a skill that he’s determined to share with others.

Despite having to retire from rugby following a particularly nasty injury, Matt hit the ground running and began translating his sporting experience into tangible business strategies.
