Upon moving to Zappos in 2011, Matt quickly rose through the ranks, starting as a Content Coordinator all the way to a Project Manager. In the latter role, he built a framework upon which his team could apply successful marketing, decision making and client relations.
Following a two-year position with Thoughtful Org Partners, where Matt coached and consulted with teams that operate under a self-organised work structure, he started delivering keynote speeches for Simon Sinek Inc. Famed for his business-defining interpersonal strategies, he now leads workshop programs and licensed initiatives for corporations.
