Louise Muhdi

Louise Muhdi is a Professor of Innovation and Strategy at the IMD Business School – a role through which she introduces her clients to an innovative and disruptive perspective to business. Dedicated to helping businesses adapt to a fast-paced business environment, Louise is now available to speak at a wide range of events sharing her expertise.

With an MSc in Biology and PhD in Technology and Innovation Management from ETH, Louise has held several pivotal roles across companies from various sectors. She has been a Product Manager at Serono Pharma, Astellas Pharma, and Novo Nordisk. She has also served as Senior Strategic & Scientific Advisor for the Swiss Family Office and later as Head of Global Innovation Strategy for Global Science and Technology at Givaudan.

Jury Member at Venture Kick Switzerland, Louise is of the strong opinion that business transformation is a collective effort.
