The Great British Bake Off contestant, Lottie Bedlow is an admired Celebrity Baker. After teaching herself her talents and skills through trial and error, Lottie was crowned Star Baker of Japanese week in series 11 of the show aired in 2020.
Lottie was born to be a baking star. As a child, she would watch cooking shows and be found taking notes from recipe books instead of playing with toys. Her Lancastrian great-grandmother was a passionate cake-baker passing on the genes and sharing the love of baking with Lottie.
From West Sussex, Lottie was previously a pantomime Producer but ventured into the culinary arts when she featured as a contestant on The Great British Bake off in 2020. Winning Star Baker in Japanese week, Lottie was not only loved by the judges for her show-stopping cakes and delivery but by fans watching along for her charismatic character and familiar, friendly aura.
Since becoming a household name, Lottie continues to spread joy to her 227K followers on Instagram and on Cameo too. She is also set to share her humour, baking tips and recipes in her upcoming book Baking Imperfect, due for release in July 2022.
When booked as a speaker for an event, Lottie will keep an audience cheerful and amused, whilst teaching them secrets of the culinary sciences. Additionally, Lottie can be booked to showcase her skills with a demonstration at industry events.
