Loren Robb

Loren Robb is an international sports intermediary who combines firsthand experience in elite global sports and talent recruitment with over 20 years of mental health advocacy. With experience playing elite sports and collaborating with leading agencies, athletes, investors and executives alike, his extensive career provides audiences with a unique perspective on high performance. Alongside his career, Loren's experience as a caregiver fueled his passion to improve mental health and wellbeing for athletes and corporate leaders worldwide. 

Loren began his career as an award-winning athlete until severe injury and illness abruptly cut it short. Refusing to let injury define his career, Loren pivoted to the boardroom, where he operated globally for eight years. He began working as an Intermediary at Football Australia alongside serving as an SMWW Agent Advisor at Sports Management Worldwide in 2018, and, after delving into entrepreneurship in 2020, he became the Owner of Wildblaza Cricketbats, where he imported and exported manufactured cricket equipment worldwide. In 2021, Loren became the Aussies Franchise Owner at the American Premier League before progressing to Director at Global Seven Entertainment PTY LTD in 2022. Driven by a lifelong passion for mentorship, Loren also spent much of his career doubling as an Identification Talent Scout, allowing him to collaborate with the biggest sports agencies in the world to scout talent and orchestrate high-level recruitment across multiple sporting codes. 

Despite navigating intense negotiations with billionaire club owners, high-net-worth investors and world-class athletes, his deepest education in mental health occurred at home. In addition to managing an international career, Loren spent seven years as the primary live-in caregiver for his mother. Supporting her incredibly brutal battle with severe mental health issues and advanced dementia, Loren learnt to balance the fast-paced demands of global sports recruitment with the profound daily emotional toll of caregiving. Following his mother's grievous passing in 2026, his lifelong mission locked into place. With a battle-tested blueprint for human resilience and psychological survival, Loren began dedicating his global platform to transforming mental health and well-being.
