Liam Tuohy struggled with ADHD his whole life but was only diagnosed when he was 35 years old after years of getting into trouble with the law and not managing to hold down a job. Now, he is on a mission to raise awareness of ADHD so others get the help they need and do not have to suffer as he did. Having always been a fitness fanatic, Liam found an escape through boxing, and was even a professional fighter for over 14 years. After being officially diagnosed with ADHD and getting the help he so desperately needed, Liam’s life has been changing for the better and has even been attending numerous different business meetings to continue to expand on his knowledge. Although it took many years, Liam has realised his purpose and his passion in life: helping others. He now travels the UK raising awareness of ADHD and is committed to getting people in the best shape of their life, both mentally and physically.
At school Liam was often taken out of class because he was so behind with his learning, unlike the rest of his classmates, he was unable to tell the time on a normal clock. Liam was also very disruptive in class and got kicked out of school many times which acted as a precursor to him getting into trouble with the law many times as an adult, narrowly escaping prison his whole life. Little did anyone know that Liam’s lack of concentration during school and throughout his working career was because of his ADHD. To channel his energy into something other than committing crimes, Liam took up boxing which transformed his life. Since taking ADHD medication, Liam has turned his life around and even started his own fitness company ‘2Tuff Health and Fitness’ – a mobile personal training company.
Liam’s mental state has improved so much that he is now attending business network meetings and enjoys learning from others so he can also develop his skillset. Liam credits much of his success to mixing with people who come from a very different world to his own and has been working on his self-development. Liam has become very passionate about sharing the benefits which come from exercise when you have ADHD and shares these benefits and how to get into fitness at his speaking engagements.
Using his own personal experience of suffering from ADHD all his life, Liam’s talks are informative and eye-opening for both those who suffer from ADHD, and those who do not. As an ADHD advocate, Liam ran the Victoria Park half marathon to further raise awareness of those who suffer from the disorder. If you are looking for a speaker to help change your life, able to share his first-hand experiences of how he coped with living with ADHD, look no further than Liam Tuohy to hire for your next event.

Official Feedback from In-Person & Virtual Events
"I am writing in respect of Liam Tuohy who is a fellow member of a business networking group that I attend in East London. Liam is a valued member of the group and brings with him to the meetings each week his passion and enthusiasm for the work he does both in respect of his Personal Training business and his commitment to raising awareness regarding ADHD."
"Liam recently presented to the group in respect of his business and highlighted the admirable work he is doing in respect of ADHD- inspired by his own diagnosis. Liam is a motivating public speaker who eloquently communicated to the group his goals and drive in doing the work that he does. He, without a doubt, inspired everyone in the room. He was engaging throughout and educated the group on how he works daily to raise awareness and how he has successfully linked this to his PT business."
