Lena Thompson has forged a respectable career that encompasses consulting, training and developing systems that benefit corporate clients. With previous experience working as a SharePoint and BPM Consultant, Lena left her 15-year career behind in 2019 to find a new passion and purpose in life. Described as a ‘consummate professional’, Lena began her illustrious career as a QA/Developer for AFA Systems. Forging a successful career in workplace software creation, Lena has also previously worked as a Systems Developer for SourceCode Technology Holdings, a Workflow/SharePoint Developer for Rackspace Hosting, a K2 Consultant for CBRE and a K2 Consultant for West Sussex Country Council to name but a few roles. Having worked for several years forging her reputation in this line of work, Lena began to discover her passion for personal development in 2018, and decided to change her career path to become a keynote speaker and a Future of Work & Human Design Consultant for Lena Thompson International.

Since leaving the world of BPM consultancy behind, Lena has also worked as a Natural Health Advisor and Executive Director of Nature’s Frequencies and a System Analyst for Morgan Stanley. Travelling the world to deliver her renowned keynote speeches, Lena uses her experience working for the like of the Bank of Kuwait, CBRE and Anglo-Irish Bank to inform her speeches on inspiring professional success.
