Juliet Fallowfield is the Founder and Managing Director of Fallow Field & Mason, a public relations consultancy, and is the podcast host of How To Start Up. With over 20 years of communication experience, Juliet has worked with some of the world’s leading luxury brands, including Burberry, CHANEL, Givenchy, Asprey and the Shangri-La Hotel and Resort group. Having improved and developed communication departments all over the world, when booked as a speaker, Juliet shares her vast business knowledge and explores motivation and female entrepreneurship.
After graduating from the University of East Anglia with a bachelor in Archaeology, Anthropology and Art History, Juliet went on to complete the Mountbatten Program whilst working as a Marketing Assistant for Asprey in New York. This was followed by the role of PR Assistant for Parfum Givenchy before joining CHANEL as a PR Assistant for the Fragrance, Beauty, and Skincare department. In 2006 she moved to Sydney to work for Professional Public Relations as a PR Account Manager. Juliet later joined CHANEL, first as a Fragrance and Beauty Communications Manager and then was promoted to Head of PR for CHANEL Australia and New Zealand.
In 2013 Juliet moved back to London to work as the Global Senior Marketing Manager at Burberry and then re-joined CHANEL as Head of PR for the Watches and Fine Jewellery side of the business. In 2016 she became Director of Public Relations at the Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts group and then joined De Beers Jewellers as Global Head of Communications. Juliet then landed the role of Global Head of Public Relations at Graff in 2019. Having held several senior positions as a talented communications expert with some of the leading luxury brands, Juliet was named in the top 10 luxury PR specialists in PR Week’s Power Book awards.
As the host of the How To Start Up podcast, Juliet uses this platform to interview distinguished female founders, delving into their experiences and discovering how they overcame their adversities to become successful entrepreneurs. Such guests have included Whitney Bromberg Hawkings, Pip Durell, Laura Tension and Geoffrey Kent. A highly accomplished communications expert who has held several senior positions at the world’s most prestigious luxury brands, Juliet shares her vast business experience and entrepreneurial journey as a successful female founder and speaks on motivation when booked as a speaker.
