The situation brought to his attention just how vulnerable and fragile life can be. This led him to re-evaluate his relationship with work and he realised the due importance of taking care of his body and mind. Since then, Juan has acquired numerous certifications, including a Leadership Coaching certificate from Barrett Values Centre, that facilitate his career as a transformational coach.

In 2022, Juan published “The Mind Canvas: A Revolutionary Approach to Personal Mastery”. It is a guide on how to master your thoughts and emotions and ultimately understand our minds better. Ambassador of Humanity Awareness Initiative since 2021, Juan teaches children, young adults, business and political leaders on how to become conscious of how their actions can impact other people and the world as a whole. Juan is also a Member of the Barrett Academy for the Advancement of Human Values – a think tank that provides practical advice on the evolution of human consciousness.
