Jimmy McGhie is an incredible stand-up comedian, presenter and corporate host known for his sharp wit, charm and hilarious timing. Beginning as an assistant producer for the BBC’s Science and History department, Jimy spent several years working in factual television before joining the world of comedy in 2009. Since then, he has performed around the world and appeared across a multitude of media, including the BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, Comedy Central, ABC Australia, THREE New Zealand, Absolute Radio, and more. As a stand-up comedian and host for over 15 years, Jimmy has worked with a range of high-profile corporations such as Coca-Cola, Google, YouTube, Shell, Nestle, McDonalds, and hosted a wide range of awards evenings, showcases, lunches and even Christmas parties. In 2024, Jimmy performed at all the best comedy clubs across the UK and abroad after supporting John Bishop and Jason Manford. More recently, he performed the 'Laughter Factory Tour' in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
