Jess Hunt is a model, social media influencer, and co-founder of cult beauty brand, REFY. On a mission to define and simplify beauty, from which the brand gets its name, Jess is at the forefront of entrepreneurship and innovation on a public stage, ensuring every product created streamlines beauty routines for those effortless looks. 

Starting her social media journey in 2011, Jess continued posting content on Instagram, laying the groundwork for her to become a full-time influencer in 2018. Maintaining her authenticity and building strong audience loyalty, Jess has amassed a whopping 1.6 million followers on the platform, sharing her day-to-day life and community engagements. Passionate about beauty and with a large internet presence, Jess has had the opportunity to partner with an array of brands and participate in several modelling shoots. Happy to have the rest of her makeup done, Jess has always been particular about doing her own eyebrow makeup. It was on one of these sets that she met Jenna Meek, with whom she talked through her complicated, multiple-step beauty routine. With entrepreneurial vision, the two sketched out designs for one product that featured everything Jess needed to create the look she loved. In 2020, the pair co-founded REFY and launched the groundbreaking Brow Sculpt, which sold out in just six weeks, despite their belief that the stock they’d initially ordered would last nine months. Since then, Jess and Jenna have created a revolutionary beauty and skincare brand that offers more than 50 products and is sold worldwide in renowned retailers from Space NK and Selfridges to Brown Thomas and even Sephora. 

Having built a pioneering makeup brand that is revolutionising the beauty industry, REFY has been recognised with various industry awards. In 2024, the brand won Most Inspiring Launch at The Klicks and was named as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the UK in 2025. REFY was listed as one of The Times’ Best Places to Work for two consecutive years, and Jess herself has been ranked as no. 9 in the Top 50 Women Entrepreneurs in Europe for 2026 by the MOIVO Awards.
