Jensen Huang

Jensen Huang is the founder and CEO of NVIDIA. A world-leading contributor to the fabless semiconductor industry, his invention of the GPU in 1999 revolutionised the PC gaming industry, innovated parallel computing and redefined modern computer graphics. The GPU also serves as the brain of robots, computers and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. As a result, Jensen is credited with catalysing modern AI with his pioneering invention. Recipient of the Robert N. Noyce Award, the semiconductor industry’s highest honour, Jensen is now available to hire for speaking engagements.

Earning a degree in Electrical Engineering at Oregon State University in 1984, Jenson went on to complete his master’s in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University in 1992. After graduating, he served as a Director at LSI Logic and worked as a Microprocessor Designer at Advanced Micro Devices before founding NVIDIA in 1993. Over the past three decades, Jenson has heavily invested in the growth and development of the company to become the world leader in artificial intelligence computing. Named by Harvard Business Review as the Best-Performing CEO in the World, NVIDIA is regularly included in the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies and MIT Tech Reviews 50 Smartest Companies.

Worth over $36 billion, Jensen frequently gives back to his community, recently donating $50 million to Oregon State University and $30 million to Stanford University. For his significant contributions to the fabless semiconductor industry, he has been the recipient of several awards and accolades, such as Entrepreneur of the Year in High Technology by Ernst & Young, Dr Morris Chang Exemplary Leadership Award and the Silicon Valley Education Foundation’s Pioneer Business Leader Award. Moreover, he was recently included in Time's 100 Most Influential People in AI 2023.
