With over 14 years of industry experience, Jennifer will share her diversity and inclusion expertise with audiences around the world when hired for events.
Having entered the consultancy industry at City Year in 1994, Jennifer has been keen to share her knowledge regarding organisational programs since the start of her career. In 2000, she took on the role of Training Specialist at Willis before becoming the Director of Training and Development at Tommy Hilfiger two years later. Respected for her career achievements, Jennifer secured the role of Senior Facilitator, Designer, and Executive Coach at The Madison Consultancy Group before taking the leap and creating her own business. As the Founder, President, and CEO of Jennifer Brown Consulting, she aims to embrace diversity within the workplace and help businesses create a more inclusive environment.
Highly respected in the industry for her achievements, Jennifer has been the proud recipient of several awards, including being named Women of the Year by Pace University, Social Entrepreneur of the Year by the NYC National Association of Women Business Owners and one of the Top 40 Outstanding Women by Stonewall Community Foundation to name a few. A woman of many talents, Jennifer has also become a best-selling author, having released the two books, ‘How to Be an Inclusive Leader’ and ‘Diversity, The New Workplace & The Will To Change’.
As the host of the popular podcast, The Will to Change, Jennifer is an experienced speaker, and she is now also looking to attend keynote events to share her expertise with a wider audience.
