Jasper Taylor is an award-winning broadcaster who has fast become one of the world’s most experienced TV presenters under the age of 30. He is currently a TV presenter for Sky Sports, appearing as an anchor for Sky Sports News and for sports bulletins for Sky News. At just 10 years old Jasper decided he was not going to make it to the professional levels of sport but quickly decided the next best thing was talking about sports. Jasper originally studied BA Multimedia Journalism at Bournemouth University and was the Video Reporter for AFC Bournemouth, already gaining experience in interviewing sportspeople and presenting. Whilst still at University, Jasper spent time as a Freelance Video Journalist for talkSPORT and was the Founder, Station Manager and Presenter for Jump TV. In 2014 he then became a publisher for the FIFA World Cup before then joining Sky as their Graphics Sub-Editor before then being promoted to their Sub-Editor.
Since 2015 Jasper has been a TV presenter for Sky and has become one of the most recognisable faces on our screens. During his time in front of the camera, Jasper has presented some of the largest sporting events including the World Cup, Olympics and European Championships to name a few. As a testament to his talent as a presenter, Jasper has been awarded the ‘Young Sports Broadcaster of the Year’ by the Sports Journalism Association of Great Britain.
