James Jordan

James Jordan is a leading professional ballroom dancer, who has enjoyed a career as a television personality after appearing on shows such as Dancing on Ice and Strictly Come Dancing. Performing alongside his wife Ola Jordan, James has achieved great success as a dancer and claimed countless victories in dancing competitions. An accomplished dancer and choreographer, James is now sought as a dance act and entertainment for corporate events, making celebrity appearances at events up and down the country.

Best known for his talents as a ballroom dancer, James first began performing as a dancer when he was just 13 years old. Developing his talents with training, James originally performed with Agnieszka Melnicka before he met his future wife Ola Jordan and the pair became professional in 2003. Together, Ola and Jordan have claimed several victories in dancing competitions, claiming victories such as second place in the Blackpool Professional Rising Stars Latin event and coming third in the British Ballroom Championships.

Showing promise as a professional dancer in competitions, James was recruited to become a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing. Joining the show in 2006, James had a plethora of different celebrity partners including the likes of Denise Van Outen, Alex Jones, Gabby Logan and Vanessa Feltz. After leaving Strictly Come Dancing in 2013, James has also been a contestant on Dancing on Ice. Competing with Alexandra Schauman, James wowed audiences time and time again until he was crowned the winner of the 11th series of Dancing on Ice.

James has also made several other appearances on TV. He was a contestant on Celebrity Big Brother and appeared on Your Face or Mine? He has also enjoyed time as a Choreographer on So You Think You Can Dance? and has made appearances on Through the Keyhole, The Wright Stuff and Total Wipeout.
