India is a former British LGBT Award nominee, for her break-through work in broadcasting; and a former winner of the ‘Diversity In Media Moment of the Year Award’ for becoming the first trans woman to co-host an episode of Loose Women.
India has also written numerous articles for the Daily Mirror, Mail on Sunday and The Independent on subjects including cosmetic surgery (India’s a fan), gender, and television shows.
India is currently writing a book about her extraordinary life as one of the world’s first trans celebrities.
