Holly Foxcroft

Holly Foxcroft is highly respected as one of the most influential women in Cyber and Diversity Champion. As the current Head of Neurodiversity in Cyber Research and Consulting at Scott and May Consulting, she is admired for her vast industry knowledge and experience. With an incredibly successful career behind her, Holly is now passionate about sharing her insights with the next generation of professionals as a Committee Member of the BCS Neurodiverse IT Specialist Group, an Advisory Board Member at The Cyber Express, and an Associate Lecturer for Cyber Security at Chichester College. Starting her professional career by serving in the Royal Navy in 2008, Holly spent six years developing important skills such as resilience, determination, and the ability to perform under pressure, all of which she continues to utilise to this day. Keen to enter the technology industry, she secured the role of Incident Response Recruitment Consultant at Advance Resource Management in 2016 and gained the opportunity to work closely with professionals working within the field of cyber security. Developing upon her education, Holly gained a BSc in Criminology and Cybercrime at the University of Portsmouth and has most recently completed an MRes in Humanities and Social Sciences.

An empowering female professional, Holly is now working as the Head of Neurodiversity in Cyber Research and Consulting at Scott and May Consulting.
