As Chief Human Resources Officer & SVP of ESG at YETI, Hollie established the Public Company Compensation Committee and worked on matters related to human capital, retention, attrition, diversity and ESG matters. She has also been the Chief People Officer at Miro, leading the business transformation for the 2000 employee strong organisation. In addition to sharing her expertise on global human capital and business strategy as a lecturer, she is also an Advisory Board Member of the Texas A&M University.
